What does $15 a month get you? Down servers, uncaring GMs and a tech support group whose messages boil down to "Our side is fine, why isnapos;t it working for you?" or "Weapos;re working on it. Itapos;ll be fixed. Sooner or later."
In no other industry could such disregard for customer service be allowed to exist.
